JA Inspire to Hire 2025
Featuring: JA of Kentuckiana JA Inspire
JA Inspire to Hire is a two-day, hands-on career expo impacting over 9,000 students. The JA Inspire to Hire initiative includes curriculum and activities prior to the culminating event at the Kentucky Expo Center. JA Inpisre is a coalition of educators and industry leaders, led by JA of Kentuckiana. This career exploration is massive in size and impact with over 58 exhibitors engaging students in the skills needed for jobs that will be in demand when they graduate and will learn about the equipment that is used on those jobs daily, along with an opportunity to interview for positions and internships.

JA Inspire to Hire builds a relationship-based pipeline between young people and companies in our community. Employers will be able to introduce their career opportunities to emerging leaders and companies will have an opportunity to interview for positions and internships.
