JA Inspire to Hire Fall 2025
JA Inspire to Hire is a two-day, hands-on career expo impacting over 6,500 students. The JA Inspire to Hire initiative includes curriculum and activities prior to attending the mega-career fair at the Kentucky Expo Center.
This career exploration is massive in size and impact with over 58 exhibitors engaging students in the skills needed for jobs that will be in demand when they graduate and will learn about the equipment that is used on those jobs daily, along with an opportunity to interview for positions and internships.

Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana Impacts Over 4,000 Floyd County Students Thanks to Caesars Foundation Investment
Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana reached 4,062 students in Floyd County last year, thanks in part to a generous investment from the Caesars Foundation of Floyd County. Educators praised the relevance of the curriculum, highlighting its integration into classroom learning. JA President Jennifer Helgeson expressed gratitude for the Foundation’s partnership, emphasizing its role in equipping students with essential skills in financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship to build brighter futures.
