Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana provides several ways that you can get involved whether you're someone looking to volunteer, part of a district or school looking for educational materials, or part of a business looking to help us expand the reach of our mission.

Online resources for Kentuckiana Teachers and Parents

Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana is providing free online resources to teachers and parents. We are doing this so our kids can spend more time planning for and dreaming about tomorrow, and less time worrying about today. We are committed to doing this until we can all be certain again.

This partnership will be an integral addition to the JA Finance Park program, providing students with valuable insights into health care's essential role in financial planning and community wellbeing, as well as the educational and career path from the University of Louisville to a fulfilling career at UofL Health.

Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana Opens the Chemours Virtual Reality Hub to Enhance Workforce Readiness in STEM and Skilled Trade

Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana (JAKY) hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially unveil the Chemours Virtual Reality (VR) Technology Hub in JA Finance Park.  The event featured representatives from Chemours, Junior Achievement, and students participating in the Chemours VR Hub in JA Finance Park.  The event featured representatives from the global chemistry company Chemours, Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana (JAKY), and students participating in the Chemours VR Hub in JA Finance Park. The Hub will support JAKY’s efforts to innovate its workforce readiness programs by incorporating virtual reality technology, providing an immersive, hands-on approach to career exploration in STEM fields and skilled trades.

Teams of Junior Achievement students from JCPS particapted in the first annual 2024 JA Stock Market Challenge, a simulation-based program in which high school students compete by investing and trading fake funds in the real market creating draft portfolios as teams and finalizing their stock selections.
