Are you passionate about education, youth empowerment, and making a real impact in your community? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Program Manager – High School to join our team full-time!

Title: Program Manager - High School
Area: Louisville, KY
Reports to: Senior Director of Education
Status: Full-Time, Salaried

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead high school program implementation across districts
- Recruit and support volunteers to deliver engaging, impactful experiences
- Collaborate with schools to bring virtual and in-person programs to life
- Manage data, track outcomes, and ensure program quality
- Be a champion for our mission and values every step of the way

Qualifications (required)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; be self-motivated and highly organized .
• Computer knowledge in word processing and spreadsheet documents using MS Office. Ability to adapt to a virtual workspace using collaboration tools (i.e. SharePoint, MS Teams, Google Classroom.)
• Good presentation/tutoring skills. Lesson plan/curriculum knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
• Highly detail oriented.
