Louisville, KY— Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana is excited to welcome Louisville Public Media (LPM) to JA BizTown! LPM has opened a brand-new storefront and taken over the DJ booth, giving students an unforgettable, hands-on experience in the world of broadcasting and media.
At the LPM storefront, JA BizTown citizens will step into the role of radio professionals—curating playlists, making announcements, and learning how music and storytelling connect communities. This interactive opportunity helps students understand the importance of communication, teamwork, and creativity in today’s media landscape.

"This partnership allows us to inspire the next generation of communicators and show them how trusted media can make a positive impact in their lives and communities."
The addition of Louisville Public Media to JA BizTown supports Junior Achievement’s mission to prepare young people for success by introducing them to real-world careers and skills. Students will leave with a deeper appreciation for how media informs, entertains, and strengthens civic engagement.
